For each seller chosen, the system was able to quickly identify the seller social media presence both personal and of the owner, as well as presence on different online platform such as Lazada, Shopee, Carousell.

For specific cases where further information was required, the sellers were engaged through mobile avatars. Such active measures have allowed retrieving the seller’s bank account information to allow further investigation.
